How do you prefer your Hickman’s eggs, fried or hard boiled? Why choose when you can have both? Because nature’s perfect protein is even more delish when you hard boil, then fry it.

- Melt butter, blend in flour and add milk and seasonings. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
- Dip eggs into the sauce, cool and roll in bread crumbs.
- Fry in hot deep fat (375º) until brown.
- Drain on paper towel.
- Serve with tomato sauce or salsa.
