- Must have a need for housing
- Must be drug free for at least a year.
- Must NOT have a Sex Offense
- Must NOT have an Armed Robbery Charge
- Must NOT have a Murder Charge
- Must be willing to work at least 40 hours per week
- Must be able to obtain 2 forms of ID (ID and Social or ID and Birth Certificate
- Must be willing to attend FOCUS class/meeting every week (onsite)
- Must be willing to follow basic community rules:

- Single occupant only (no cohabitation)
- No drugs or alcohol
- No visitors after 9pm
- Be a good neighbor
- Will pay 20% of weekly gross income as program fee
Could potentially get 50% back after a year
- Priority is shown to offender who have

- Worked at Hickman’s during their incarceration
- Have strong work history before and during incarceration
- Good behavior (major tickets, and recent absconders are red flags)
- Demand skills (CDL, Welders, Electricians, etc.)
